Prince George Home Builders Association

The Prince George Home Builders Association has been around since 1958. They are the voice of the Residential Construction Industry and operate on three levels: National, Provincial and Local. The Prince George Home Builders has agreed to act as an employer ambassador and supports the apprentice share model.

The 2005 Board of Directors are pictured here. Allen Creuzot, builder and board member of PGHBA, states "our individual members would not have enough work during any one season to employ and apprentice full time, but by sharing an apprentice on an-as-needed basis it would create more opportunity for the apprentice. Our young people need to understand that to become a skilled trades person in the construction industry is an opportunity for them to make a better than average living and improve the quality of building technology through their training and education."
